Well pigmented kajal and liners are my favorite, but I love
both smudgy and smudge resistant liners, depending upon my mood and
requirements. Some time I love to finish my look with slight smudgy liner,
while at some other time all I need is a fine sharp smudge resistant liner. A
month back I got this liner. Let see how it worked for me.

Thoughts:
Saeed Ghani skin care products are beyond excellent but I wasn’t
expecting much from this kajal pencil. However the packing and the brand name move
me to get my hands on it. Comes in the form of pencil. Love the pigmentation it delivers. It’s ultra-smooth and gives excellent intense jet black color in
single glide of pencil. Have a very soft texture and glide smoothly.

It is not at all smudge resistance after application even when
rubbed it slightly it smudges instantly. Not at all for those who love smudge
resistant liners. However, ideal for those who love smokey smudge liner. I
usually use it on my lower lash line and smudge it with accent brush to have
smokey effect. Overall, I love this product, it’s cheap, easy to get and well
pigmented but not all waterproof and smudge resistant.

Easy to smudge would work great to get rough smudgy liner look.

Nice review dear. I like water proof liners for lower lash line. But will try this. Pigmentation is good.
