Today I am gone share my experience about Lakme eye conic Kajal in black. It claims to be water proof, smudge free with 10 hrs. lasting power……….let’s check it out?

Product Description: Well it comes in a slim retractable twist up pencil, containing a lid. Such type of packing not only makes it very convenient to carry but there is almost no chances of product wastage.

Color: Firstly it’s very well pigmented. Its deep black but not deepest jet black…just deep black with no grey undertone. One swipe of it gives me a good color pay off but, for more intense color, 2 swipes of it are required.

Texture: It’s not that much soft that, it becomes fragile or not that much hard that, it becomes difficult to apply….. just in between them. It firm, as I said earlier it’s not fragile, so there are less chances of it, getting break during application.

Lasting power/water proof/smudge free: No complaints regarding lasting power…it stays very well on my upper and lower line. 8 hour for upper and max. 5 hours for lower line. But not for 10 hours as it claim to be. Furthermore yes, it is water proof and smudge free to a greater extent…….having said that it smudges slightly on my lower line after few hours.

Look: You can apply soft or bold kajal by it. For soft look you have to apply it by keeping the tip near to your lash line. For smoky smudgy look….you have to smudge it as soon as you apply it, because few seconds after application its turn’s matte, thus difficult to smudge.

Overall, a good product by Lakme. One thing more you can easily remove it by any good cleanser or make up remover.

• Water proof.
• Smudge proof.
• Good lasting power.
• Nice Packing
• Not fragile
• Well pigmented.

Cons:

• Not deepest jet black.
• Not that much smooth.
